1. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (PT). Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment authorization. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and shipment preparation.
After processing, transit time is typically 5–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier routing.

Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier operations and logistics conditions and are not guaranteed; delivery timing may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship to customers within the United States and internationally to select destinations. Orders cannot be shipped to unsupported regions.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. Total estimated delivery window is 6–17 business days from order date.
International Shipping
Nordalight ships to select international destinations where listed at checkout. International orders follow the same processing time of 1–3 business days. After processing, transit times typically range from 5–14 business days depending on destination, carrier routing, and customs clearance.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by destination authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Nordalight is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import inspections. Delivery estimates for international orders are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination country regulations and carrier performance.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using established commercial carriers and logistics providers. Carrier and service level are selected based on package size, destination, and delivery efficiency. Method selection is determined at fulfillment.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States unless a different rate is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
No separate standard shipping charge is added for qualifying orders. Any optional expedited shipping services, freight handling, oversized item handling, or special delivery services will display their charges at checkout when applicable.
For freight, oversized, or special-handling items, additional shipping fees may apply and will be disclosed before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information is issued when shipment is dispatched. Tracking details are sent by email when available. Tracking activation may take up to 48 hours after carrier pickup.
6. Split Shipments
Multi-item orders may ship in multiple packages to optimize delivery speed and handling. Each package will have separate tracking when applicable.
7. Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders with invalid or incomplete addresses may be delayed or canceled. We are not responsible for carrier delivery outcomes caused by incorrect address data provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Issues and Carrier Delays
Carrier delays caused by weather events, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or regional service interruptions can affect delivery timing. These events are outside merchant control but we will assist customers in coordinating with the carrier.
9. Lost Packages
A shipment may be considered lost after carrier investigation confirms non-delivery or extended tracking inactivity, typically after 7–10 business days depending on carrier review.
10. Damaged Deliveries
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of packaging and product condition. Claims submitted after this window may be denied due to carrier claim limits.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Shipments returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address errors may be subject to reshipping charges. If a refund is issued, any paid shipping, freight, oversized, or special-handling charges may be deducted.
12. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by destination authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.
