How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrive 5 to 14 business days later. You get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the US. International orders may owe local duties and taxes on arrival.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email photos of the light and the box to info@nordalight.com within 48 hours of delivery. Verified damage or defects qualify for a replacement or a refund.
Can I return it?
Unused, uninstalled items in their original box can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for a return authorization. There is no restocking fee. Items bought on sale or with a discount code are final sale. Read the return policy
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the day it arrives.
Do I need an electrician?
For hardwired fixtures, yes: have a licensed electrician install them. Plug-in, rechargeable and solar lights do not need one.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge within 24 hours, as long as it has not started processing. Email info@nordalight.com with your order number.
